I offer breathwork sessions in person or online. Initial sessions are 2.5 hours in duration. All subsequent sessions are 2 hours.

In an effort to make breathwork accessible to everyone, all applications for concessional pricing and payment plans will be honoured.

10% of all proceeds are donated to charity.

I have flexible availability through the week, weeknights and weekends.
