Initial breathwork session (2.5 hours): $190

Standard breathwork session (2 hours): $160

Initial breathwork sessions consist of a 30-minute intake process to understand your history and goals for breathwork.

I can provide breathwork sessions through the week and weekends.

Standard 75-min IFS therapy session: $120 ($96/hr equivalent)

​

I utilise longer 75-minute therapy sessions to allow for a deeper connection to Self to facilitate further exploration and unburdening of exiled parts. Existing clients can arrange 60 or 90-min sessions if required (price variations will apply).​
